Amaro do Coco
Submitted on: February 12, 2023
This is a combo of a negroni and a piña colada. It has the bitterness of the Campari, the smoothness of the rum, the sweetness of the vermouth and pineapple juice, and the creaminess of the coconut cream. The Amaro di Cocco was invented at the Shore Leave bar in Boston and is definitely an unique drink.

Editor's Note
A Negroni meets a Piña Colada in this bold, bitter-tropical hybrid. Jamaican overproof rum and Black Strap provide the necessary depth to balance the rich coconut cream.
