I'm just a guy who, like most people two years go, found himself with a lot free time and a bar full of odds and ends and figured out he liked making cocktails while in quarantine! I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen, this seemed like the next great frontier to scratch that creative itch!...

View MoreAdd the rum, and marmalade to mixing glass with no ice. Stir to loosen marmalade. Add orangecello, Aperol, apricot liqueur, and bitters. Stir till the rum/marmalade mixture is well incorporated. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir to chill and dilute, 20-30 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass with large ice, and garnish.
Editor's Note
A complex, stirred sipper where funky Jamaican rum meets a trio of fruit liqueurs. Blood orange marmalade adds texture and sweetness, balanced by Aperol's gentle bitterness for a rich, sunset-hued drink.
