Apple Cider Mule

Adding apple cider to the classic Moscow mule recipe makes a nice fall variation, especially for those fall days that are still warm enough for a drink in a copper mug. I prefer a semi-dry cider so that the drink isn’t too sweet.

Editor's Note
Apple cider and ginger beer create a crisp, seasonal profile. The lime juice provides the necessary acidity to balance the sweetness.

This sounds like the perfect drink for a crisp autumn day! Do you have a favorite brand of ginger beer that you find pairs best with the apple cider?
