Apparently it's Bee's Knees week!! Thanks to my friend Shelby for clueing me in as it's not only a week worth celebrating, but I have several Bee's Knees and riffs ready to go! The first is a classic, using gin from Dented Brick Distillery. Nothing like a classic!
