The bitter, sweet and savory all come together in this refreshing, juicy drink. The Campari helps to balance the blood orange and the pink peppercorn syrup plays off the gin. The raspberries give some additional body to the blood orange. It’s quite complex.

Editor's Note
Pink peppercorn syrup adds a spicy, aromatic edge to this blood orange highball. The floral gin and bitter Campari provide a sophisticated structure to the fruit-forward base.

This sounds like a wonderfully refreshing and complex drink! Do you happen to have the recipe for that pink peppercorn syrup so others can try making it at home?
