For our wedding, we decided to have an ice cream sundae bar (wedding pie was nixed 🥲), but we still needed a cake to cut. We found a local baker who made an incredible lemon blueberry cake for us. My wife orders cupcakes for our anniversary or birthday every year now. This one is an homage to that cake!
