A beautifully balanced and delicious cocktail, it hits all the right notes. I decided to add sage to it and it’s fabulous! I didn’t have the gin he called for so I used @stgeorgespirits Terroir gin, “made from 12 botanicals redolent of California’s Mount Tam”. It’s a perfect spring cocktail! Cheers y’all!!

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
St. George's forest-like Terroir Gin finds its perfect match in muddled sage and strawberry. Yellow Chartreuse and elderflower add layers of herbal sweetness to this complex sour.
