Never thought to try this but…..was grabbing bottles for a Mojito night and well, there I see the Blue Curacao. It was almost calling to me as I’ve not used for a minute. Tropical colors and flavors in the middle of winter? I’m in. And for what it’s worth, and don’t hate on this budding mixologist, I love a blue drink. 💙

In a shaker, gently muddle 8-10 mint leaves with the lime quarters. . Add Rum, Syrup and Curaçao, along with ice. Shake and pour over fresh ice and top with club soda. Garnish with fresh mint and lime.
