A new creation of mine is the “Orange yah Glad I’m Funky” Consisting of Orangecello, the lovely orange flavoured brother of Limoncello, Strawberry infused Aperol, lime juice, ginger beer… and balsamic vinegar! This drink started off with all the ingredients listed, besides the balsamic vinegar. Having made a Balsamic Strawberry Shrub in the past, I knew those flavours worked well together. So I grabbed a tsp worth of balsamic vinegar and it added such a funky taste that excited the taste buds. ...
