My friends at Boba Pops also sent me some of their blueberry popping boba, and I have been having a great time experimenting with that, so this seemed like the perfect opportunity to share something I’ve been working on in an awesome new glass!

Shake all but boba with ice until cold. Add a large ice rock to your glass. Spoon some boba around the edges, strain in your cocktail (stop before the ice floats), then top the ice with a little pile of the boba. I suggest using a brass stamp to make a little well in the ice so the boba rests there.
