Prepare glass by affixing electric dust to one side with honey. Place glass in freezer until ready to use. Combine first six ingredients in a shaker. Add ice. Shake to chill. Strain into a chilled glass filled halfway with crushed ice. Top with BPF and Blue spirulina granita. Mist with mezcal. Garnish with an edible flower and dehydrated lime wheel.
