I drew the short straw on this one and made a legendary Brain Eraser featuring Two Eagles Distillery's Prospect Vodka! A simple riff on the Mind Eraser, this version adds amaretto for a nutty, marzipan layer against the classic coffee liqueur and vodka. Topped with soda for a fizzy finish.
