View MoreVodka Infusion: (do this step first) Add cranberries, kaffir lime leaves, orange slices (dehydrated works best but fresh can work if being consumed sooner), honey, and vodka to a sealable container. Shake and let sit at least 4 hours. I let mine sit overnight. Ratios can be eyeballed and adjusted to taste. Cocktail: Pour 2oz of infused vodka into rocks glass over large ice cube. Add a splash of white cranberry juice (red will also work). Top with tonic water and stir. Garnish with cranberries.
Editor's Note
Kaffir lime and honey-infused vodka transform a standard highball into a nuanced, holiday-ready refresher. The tonic adds a crisp, bitter backbone to the tart cranberry.

This sounds like a fantastic way to elevate a classic! Do you happen to have the specific ratios you use for the infusion so others can try to replicate your exact flavor profile?
