Hope everyone is having a beautiful Tuesday morning. A couple weeks ago, we were sent this truly unique local gin distilled out of San Diego. This gin tastes like no gin we have ever had. San Miguel, Southwestern Gin, is distilled from a variety of the freshest southwestern botanicals—lime, cucumber, cilantro, sage and more—all locally grown. This is a spicy, bright, juicy and intensely herbal liquor. We decided to play up those flavors with a twist on a traditional gimlet.

Editor's Note
A hyper-local Southwestern gin anchors this aggressive gimlet riff. Intense lime meets a one-two punch of spicy hellfire and cooling eucalyptus bitters.
