Way back when I was a much younger lad, the Chocolatini was my favorite cocktail. I had a particular restaurant I would frequent, called Chocolat, that made amazing Chocolatinis. When I went to college, a professor and I became friends over our mutual love of Chocolatinis. To me, it is one of those drinks that always makes me think of good friends and good times.
