A Christmastime take on the celestial exotic masterpiece. Cranberry grenadine recipe: Combine 1 1/2 cups white sugar, 1 cup pomegranate juice, and 1/2 cup pure & unsweetened cranberry juice in a saucepan on medium heat. Stir regularly to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat just before boiling point. Stir in 1/2 oz. of column still rum and 1/8 tsp. each of orange blossom and rose waters. Let cool and bottle. Keep refrigerated for 2-3 weeks. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Fine strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a cranberry comet with rosemary tail.
