Dublin Iced Coffee

An iced version of a classic Irish Coffee, made with cold brew coffee and Irish stout. What better stout to use than Guinness? This is a great addition to the Irish Coffee, and makes for a great pick-me-up to power through the rest of the week! Cheers!
Ingredients
- 4 ozBlue Bottle Coffee
- 4 ozGuinness
- 3 ozClonakilty Irish Whiskey
- 1.5 ozSimple Syrup
- 1 ozHeavy Cream

1. Get serving glass 2. Fill with ice 3. Add first 4 ingredients 4. Stir to combine 5. Pour cream into separate glass 6. Froth cream 7. Gently pour cream on top 8. Garnish w/ Cinnamon Stick and sprinkle ground cinnamon on top
