Building a complex zombie that doesn’t require 9 ingredients and take 30 mins to make.
Ingredients
- 1.5 ozPlantation Xaymaca
- 1 ozPlantation Dark Overproof O.F.T.D.
- .5 ozCinnamon Simple Syrup
- .25 ozFalernum
- 1 ozGrapefruit Juice
- .75 ozLime Juice
- 1 dash(es)Absinthe
- 1 dash(es)Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with pebble ice. Whip shake for 5-8 seconds. Open pour into a Collins glass. Top with more pebble ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and torched cinnamon stick.
