Some cold-weather Northern flavours for the Spring that just won’t come. The last couple days were nicer, but it’s still v cold overnight. Hopefully it sticks! The bitters really round this one out. I accidentally left them out on the first one, and it was wayyy too sweet, but those couple DABs balance it perfectly! Named for a cool boat that I read about in a cool book.

View MoreCombine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin. Blend for 5 seconds. Open pour into a double old-fashioned glass or tiki mug. Garnish with a mint sprig and an orange slice.
Editor's Note
Aquavit meets tiki in this blended cooler. Caraway and anise notes anchor the drink, while hot honey provides a lingering, spiced finish.
