What better way to chase away the winter blues than with tropical tiki drinks. The tiki cocktail genre features colourful rum drinks and they are usually heavily garnished with tropical fruit, mint, and even flowers. The Fog Cutter calls for several types of spirits. Beware as this high alcohol in this drink can be masked by the juice and sweetness of the orgeat.

Editor's Note
This tiki classic balances a heavy spirit blend with bright citrus and nutty orgeat. The Oloroso sherry float provides a dry, oxidative finish that defines the drink.

This is such a classic Tiki. Love it. Did you use fresh squeezed OJ or any specific brand?
