This can be regarded as the grown-up version of the Pornstar Martini. More spirit forward without those vanilla tones and without the sort of dilution from the sparkling wine makes this a tad stronger cocktail. I find myself modifying most recipes so a tad sweetness was added here as well. Try both versions and see what suits you best!

Scrape the flesh from a passion fruit and add to shaker, add the rest of the ingredients and some ice. Shake to chill and then double strain and serve with a half a passion fruit as a floating garnish.
