Combine all ingredients, except the whole milk, into a container and stir slightly to combine. Add the milk to a separate container. Pour the cocktail ingredients over the milk. Allow to sit for 1-2 hours to allow the curd to separate. Filter mixture through a rinsed double coffee filter into a container. Allow to filter for 2 minutes. Then transfer filter to a new bottle, and pour the first filtration over the filter. Once filtration is complete, add the filtered water to dilute.
