The Playground of Darkness

I made this drink based on Stephen Remsberg’s Planter’s Punch which is a delicious drink, imo. So I think I should pay a tribute to that Planter’s Punch by creating something on next level of Planter’s Punch. By using Pandan syrup, an ingredient that people love making cocktails with recently, the cocktail turned out to be deep, rich, dark flavor with lots of molasses, allspice and cinnamon.
