Summertime means working outside and this Gin and Tonic variation is perfect for those of you with a green thumb! Take your favorite herbs and muddle them up with some citrus and gin and you’ve got the makings of a great patio cocktail. For the Green Goddess we have a trifecta of thyme, basil and cucumber to complement the Hendrick's Gin. Cheers 🤙!

I'm just a guy who, like most people two years go, found himself with a lot free time and a bar full of odds and ends and figured out he liked making cocktails while in quarantine! I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen, this seemed like the next great frontier to scratch that creative itch!...

Editor's Note
A garden in a glass. Muddled basil, thyme, and cucumber build a fresh, vegetal base for Hendrick's Gin, with celery and cucumber bitters adding savory depth. A G&T for the green-thumbed.
