Advanced Palate

This is a fruit forward Jungle Bird variation with a base of Amari. The Jungle Buck is a great lower abv refreshing option reminiscent of the higher abv “Jungle Bird” cocktail. Campari plays a huge part in this cocktail by adding those fruit forward notes and some bitterness to balance out the sweetness and acidity in the cocktail.

A lower-ABV riff on the Jungle Bird, this highball swaps heavy rum for a blend of amari. Ginger and cardamom provide a spicy, aromatic lift to the bitter-citrus base.
