Advanced Palate

A few weeks ago I made shortbread cookies, supposedly Ted's recipe. They were absolutely delicious and a friend asked if I was going to make a drink with them! That thought had not occurred to me but my brain went to work immediately thinking about what a shortbread inspired drink would be. I might tinker with it further but I'm still quite pleased.
