Mandarine Colada

Hello friends! Tonight I have another '90s oddity from a defunct NYC establishment. Tonight's drink is an orange piña colada inspired by a recipe from Sugar Reef. The orange flavor is fairly prominent, and makes this taste almost like a creamsicle. The blended texture is very nice, and this was a very pleasant drink for a Thursday night! Cheers!

1. Fill blender with ice, rum, Grand Marnier, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and 1 orange slice. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Pour into a beer glass. 4. Garnish with the other orange slice.
Editor's Note
Grand Marnier adds a sophisticated citrus edge to this 90s-era frozen classic. The blended orange slice creates a creamsicle-like finish that defines this nostalgic sipper.
