I made this cocktail while my wife and my daughter were decorating our Christmas tree... Naughty Santa is a riff of bourbon based cocktail of mine that calls Romeo it's a perfectly balanced drink that is none Boosie on the taste but you have to be careful after having few of them I called it Naughty Santa because the look of it reminds me Santa's hat and I think that everything that contains Rum ends up naughty...

Dry shake all the ingredients to combine them with the egg white and then shake over ice double strain to a chilled coupe glass garnish with beet powder and anis star on top of the foam cheers and happy new year
