I had seen this elote liquor all over Instagram and YouTube, and I finally found a bottle at the grocery store where I was vacationing for the holiday weekend, and naturally I wanted to get started right away! I found some recipes on their website and found this fall-inspired cocktail! While we are just getting started with the summer, it's never too early to prepare for fall. This drink features Mexican elote liquor and hard cider, and makes for a great little fall sipper!

Editor's Note
Nixta's roasted corn character meets crisp, dry apple cider in this autumnal highball. A dash of Angostura and a dusting of ancho chile powder add warming spice.
