The weather outside is …..c-c-cold! I usually don’t mind the freezing temps, but this week has me wishing for sunshine. The warm rays on the window have a way with their taunts of brighter days ahead. I don’t look forward to the Jan - March freezing doldrums but, I’m sure a sunny glass of some sunny cocktail will be just the right amount of medicine.

Shake the vodka, orange juice, and agave with ice. Strain into a glass over fresh ice, top with Soleil Blood Orange Sparkling Water, and garnish with a fresh orange slice. (Umbrella optional.)
