Spirit Forward

As a goof, I wanted to pair (pun intended) pear with prickly pear to see if I could create a fun but tasty cocktail. Success. Strong flavors here, but they worked together for a drink I can imagine would be great by the pool, relaxing on a lounge chair, music playing, and vibes vibing. . I infused some vodka (thank you, Iceberg) with a whole pear, cut into smaller chunks.

For the infusion: Cut the pear into chunks and add to the Iceberg Vodka. Let sit until the desired flavor is reached. Shake all ingredients except soda water and pour over ice. Top with club soda and garnish with pear chunks.
