My last visit to Yokohama, Japan was in the summer, and it was hot. I am talking surface-of-the-sun kind of hot. I thought if I went sightseeing early that I would beat the extreme heat, but I was wrong. The temperature reached a humid 90 degrees by 10am and I was in Hell. My water bottle was empty, my energy was empty, and my stomach was empty. Just when I thought I was going to pass out, two women came out of a shop and helped me inside. The air conditioner felt amazing (a rare treat in Japan)...

View MorePour gin into an airtight bottle with passion fruit Wanderdust, dehydrated dragon fruit, and lime wheels. Seal, shake, and let sit for 48 hours. Fill tall glass with crushed or pebble ice. Add infused gin and lime juice. Stir. Top with tonic water. Add more ice and garnish with dragon fruit wheel.
Editor's Note
A 48-hour infusion of dragon fruit, passion fruit, and lime transforms a standard G&T into a tropical highball. The yuzu-lime tonic bridges the gin's botanicals with the vibrant fruit notes.

This sounds like such a refreshing drink! Do you happen to have a recipe or a source for the passion fruit Wanderdust so others can try making this at home?
