I've been loving my bottles of Red Breast 12 Year Irish Whiskey lately and wanted to make a cocktail that highlighted the apricot and caramel notes in it. This high proofed drink is aptly named after the Molotov cocktail.

A home enthusiast with a passion for all things tiki! Rum is my favourite poison, but I also love Whiskey, Brandy and just about every other spirit. I'm fairly new to cocktail making but I quickly fell in love with it and enjoy the pursuit of finding my new favourite libation. Cheers! ...

Editor's Note
Cask-strength Irish whiskey meets the nutty depth of Amontillado sherry in this high-proof, stirred sipper. An Islay scotch rinse provides a whisper of smoke that ties the profile together.

This sounds like a fantastic, high-octane sipper! The combination of cask strength Irish whiskey with the nutty notes of Amontillado sounds perfectly balanced.
