Rockaway Beach
Submitted on: November 8, 2023
Hello friends! I'm back at it again with another kitchen sink cocktail, this time a Tiki-adjacent rum drink called Rockaway Beach! With a triple-split base of light and dark rum and a blanco tequila, this cocktail includes three fruit juices to round out the drink and add a little vitamins and nutrients. I would gladly fight off scurvy with this drink! It is light and tropical, and definitely has me dreaming of warmer weather and sunny days! Cheers!

Editor's Note
A triple-spirit base meets roasted chestnut liqueur in this tropical-leaning cooler. The fruit-forward profile offers a unique, nutty twist on standard beachside refreshments.
