Editor's Note
Sake steps in for vermouth in this Martini riff, lending a subtle umami and roundness. Lychee soju adds a touch of fruit sweetness, bridged by saline for a crisp, savory finish.

This sounds like a fantastic, thoughtful take on a martini! The addition of saline to highlight the umami notes is a brilliant touch.
