We wanted to create a more cherry-forward Manhattan, the San Joaquin does just that. This cocktail showcases the Maraska Cherry and incorporates an amaro that we truly love. The balance is an absolute delight. Thank you, @Maraska_zadar for the Maraska Maraschino Cherries. We really had fun with this.

Combine all ingredients except cherries into glass beaker with ice. Stir to dilute. Double strain into a coupe.
