Hello friends! Tonight, I have another blended, splendid drink from a long-forgotten restaurant that closed circa 2010. Called a Shark Bite, this appears to be one of the signature drinks of The Shark Bar in NYC. This drink is a blended dark rum sour colored with grenadine. The rum flavor is strong, but the citrus from the orange juice balances things out a bit. This drink was pleasant enough, but I don't know if I'd order it again.
