Silken Blanco Blossom Sour

Submitted on: July 21, 2022
I do not have a green thumb, but my wife could regrow Eden in the middle of a parking lot if given the time. This tequila sour is inspired by her. Flowers and honey go naturally together and the cooked agave notes from the tequila are awesome. All this gets wrapped in a silky texture from the egg white to bring you something soft, floral and immensely sip-able. Cheers🤙!

I'm just a guy who, like most people two years go, found himself with a lot free time and a bar full of odds and ends and figured out he liked making cocktails while in quarantine! I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen, this seemed like the next great frontier to scratch that creative itch!...

Editor's Note
A classic tequila sour elevated with layers of floral complexity. St. Germain, chamomile-honey syrup, and a rose-geranium mist wrap the agave spirit in a silky, aromatic bouquet.

This sounds like a beautiful, thoughtful tribute! Do you happen to have the recipe for your chamomile honey syrup so others can try making it at home?
