The navy grog is one of, if not THE, favorite tiki drinks of mine. I also love banana flavoring. Yes, even that fake runts banana flavor. I don't discriminate. So I wanted to see if I could infuse the navy grog with some banana flavors. After a few failed attempts I found the solution. Banana infused dark rum! So with that, I give you.... 🍌 Silverback Grog 🍌

Ingredients

1.5 oz
Banana Infused Dark Rum

.75 oz
Lightly Aged Rum

.75 oz
Overproof Demerara Rum

.5 oz
Banana Liqueur

.25 oz
Honey Syrup

.75 oz
Pineapple Juice

.75 oz
Lime Juice

Instructions

Garnish

pineapple fronds, cinnamon stick, bruleed banana
