This is a super simple cocktail that you for sure can bring out your favorit gin and complement with some fresh snap peas. Having herbs and juniper complemented by the sweet and a bit rough snap pea flavour is truly a nice way to start the evening!

1. Muddle 5 of the snap peas pretty hard. 2. Add the gin, simple syrup, lime juice and ice in the shaker. 3. Shake it, serve with a nice large clear ice cube and garnish with a sliced snap pea.
