St. Patrick's Day Mocha Java

Hello friends! Tonight, I have my take on a coffee cocktail from a defunct California restaurant that my research tells me closed in 2008 or 2009 at its Santa Barbara location credited with inventing this drink. What originally called for Bailey's in a spin on an Irish Coffee, I substituted Amarula so I can work through that bottle before buying a different bottle of cream liqueur.
