Sometimes you just need to feel like you are still on vacation. Since we can't pull off another after we just got back from Germany, this is the best we got. This is vacation in a cocktail that I can enjoy in my backyard.

Place mint leaves and simple syrup into shaker. Lightly press down on mint with a muddler to express the oils, be sure to gently muddle. Add rest of ingredients to shaker. Shake and strain into favorite Tiki mug. Garnish with the other half of your passion fruit. Enjoy.
