Spirit Forward

For what is basically a French 75 made with citrus vodka instead of gin, I made this drink 2 ways: one version with Absolut Citron, and a second version with Rock Town Distillery's Mandarin Orange Flavored Vodka and tasted them side by side. Both were quite delicious, and both had vastly different flavor profiles.
