Sidecars have been in my head since last month’s intense riff on the cocktail and I wanted to make something closer to the original spec but still a little out there. I knew the time was RIPE for a strawberry infusion and decided to go with a full measure of infused gin. And of course I didn’t want to wait so I whipped out my iSi Gourmet Whipper and rapid-infused some Tanqueray No. TEN with fresh strawberries and got to work.
