It’s nearly impossible to pass the holidays without hearing Sugar Plum Fairy. And it’s even more impossible for me to get a bottle of plum liqueur and not immediately want to make a Sugar Plum Fairy drink! With a bit of fairy dust and magic I was able to combine grapefruit, lavender, and plum into a refreshing cocktail. In folklore, a Sprite is lesser-known type of fairy. Chakra Vodka Grapefruit & Lavender

0.5 oz
Plum Liqueur

0.5 oz
Grapefruit Juice

0.75 oz
Cranberry Syrup

Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into chilled glass with ice. Add edible glitter and stir. Top with Sprite (about 3 oz). Garnish with grapefruit peel fairy wings. *1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup cranberries. Bring to boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Strain.
