I was asked to pair a cocktail for a special “Southern Style” BBQ Dinner. The cocktails complexity combined with the smokiness of the BBQ gave guests an experience to remember.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 ozAñejo Tequila
- 1/4 ozPatrón Citronge Orange
- 1/4 ozCognac
- 3/4 ozMaple-Peach Syrup
- 1/2 ozFresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
