This is the perfect drink for fall and winter parties; I used to make cranberry jelly from scratch for Thanksgiving, so this cocktail was inspired in part by that. Plus, I love a good fizzy beverage, so if you're on Team Fizz, try this one out ;)

Hi there! I’m Cat and I got my bartending start in Columbus, Ohio. I really love creating new drinks to match different themes, seasons, and palates. I also love traveling, and am currently working at a cozy cocktail spot in Taipei! Hopefully I can add more countries to the list in the future ;) Enjoy the drinks I’ve shared - cheers!...

View MoreCombine gin, vermouth, simple, and bitters in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with sparkling water (the brand I used was Kroger, but you can also use La Croix Cran Raspberry). Garnish with sage sprig and a straw. *For Cranberry Sage simple, use equal parts in weight of water, cranberries, sugar, and 4-5 fresh sage leaves in a pot (350 grams of each is a good-sized yield), cover and heat on stovetop until simmering. Let simmer for about 15-20 minute...
Editor's Note
Citadelle gin meets a house-made cranberry-sage syrup in this bright, seasonal highball. The sage bitters add an earthy depth that grounds the effervescent finish.
