Combine all ingredients (except soda) in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass and fill 3/4 of the way with ice. Top with soda and stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice.

A clever split-base highball that marries orchard fruit with herbal chamomile. Toasted almond bitters provide a nutty finish that anchors the bright clementine soda.
