Pear Lychee Martini

Fell in-love with the Lychee Martini from Din Tai Fung and wanted to recreate it. Experimented with lychee syrup but was too sweet, canned lychee was way better. Plus you can garnish it with actual Lychee.
Ingredients
- 2 ozPear Vodka
- .5 ozSt. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- .75 ozLychee Juice
- .5 ozLemon Juice
- .5 ozSimple Syrup
Instructions
Garnish
Build
Glass
Lychee dropped in or picked through a skewer
Stir & Strain
Martini
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
