This next Pisco Sour uses the Mosto Verde Quebranta Pisco, which has nice creamy notes of chocolate and almonds. The flavors play off of those notes and is also my entry for r/cocktails monthly competition using cocoa and walnuts. It's named after the Greek word for cacao meaning Food of the Gods.

A home enthusiast with a passion for all things tiki! Rum is my favourite poison, but I also love Whiskey, Brandy and just about every other spirit. I'm fairly new to cocktail making but I quickly fell in love with it and enjoy the pursuit of finding my new favourite libation. Cheers! ...

Editor's Note
A Pisco Sour built for a chocolatier. Mosto Verde Quebranta Pisco's inherent cocoa notes are amplified by crème de cacao and mole bitters, balanced by bright lemon and a rich, nutty finish.
